The idea in one clip
Rwandan market ingredients, students writing code, a fused dish, and smart packaging you can scan.
Every image and clip in this presentation is a concept visual made with AI to show what students will build and create.
A vision, and a gift
"We imagined a Rwanda that anyone in the world would want to travel to."
President Paul Kagame, 23rd WTTC Global Summit, Kigali, 2 November 2023
Ikaze Fusion Kitchen supports the Visit Rwanda vision: students code the flavors, stories and products that give visitors a reason to come and a piece of Rwanda to take home.
"The most powerful medicine for poverty is knowledge, and the most powerful knowledge today is technology."
Dr. Nazha Habibi, Founder and CEO, Nazli Tech School
Through her philanthropic leadership, Cohort 1 is 100% tuition-free for students and young professionals across Rwanda, with priority for rural districts and TVET colleges.

- Step-by-step fusion recipe cards
- Gemini AI tutorial scripts linked to YouTube
- One-button 3-mode PDF export: plating, packaging, event tables
- Live Turtle analytics dashboard
- BLAKE2b secure Chef Identicon avatars
- SQLite tracking of what users explore
Tools you will learn

Live what you build
Ikaze Kitchen Session (once)
NTS and the partner institution organize a kitchen session. One fused dish is picked, cooked, plated and tasted together, then recorded in the app.
Rwandan Agriculture Workshop (once)
NTS co-coordinates a workshop on Rwanda's signature products: Akabanga chili oil, Gisovu tea, tree tomato, Isunzu herbs, cassava, sorghum and honey.
Fusion dishes: Rwanda meets the world
Drag the ring or use the arrows. Sample dishes the app can create.
A sample recipe the app generates
Rwandan-Mexican plantain and red bean tacos with Akabanga-lime cream
Ripe plantain, red beans, avocado, pickled red onion, tree-tomato salsa and coriander in warm tortillas, finished with a drizzle of Akabanga chili oil. The app adds the story, ingredients, method, plating guide and export packaging idea.
Products that become brands
Concept packaging in Agaseke baskets, banana fibre and Imigongo prints, with smart ideas: a QR code for the farm story and recipe, an NFC tap point, a freshness dot, a tamper seal and batch tracing.
